Essays & Reflections

Writing for the life beneath the surface.

A growing collection of reflections and teachings offering companionship, perspective and new ways of seeing ourselves and our inner world.

Some pieces may challenge something you have always believed.

Others may give language to something you have struggled to name.

And some may simply remind you of something you already knew.

A place to pause, think and return whenever something calls you back.

A Place To Return To

The Emerald Being Library is a growing collection of essays on conscious living and the inner life.
The writing explores the thoughts we believe, the emotions we carry, the intuition we sometimes ignore and the quiet choices through which a life takes shape. It considers the conscious and subconscious mind, self-worth, boundaries, creativity, joy, purpose and the relationship we have with our own attention.
These essays do not offer hurried answers to the deeper questions of being human. They offer companionship, perspective and language for experiences that can be difficult to name.
Some may challenge the way you have understood yourself. Others may simply give words to something you have known for a long time.

The Emerald Being Film Series brings the inner world into a visual language.

Through image, story, voice, silence and atmosphere, the films explore consciousness and the often unseen ways our inner lives shape the way we experience the world.

Films created to make us notice, question, feel — and perhaps see something differently.
